RS entity bans BiH judiciary, adopts "foreign agents" law

The National Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s Republika Srpska (RS) entity has adopted a series of controversial draft laws that include banning all activities of BiH state institutions that were formed after the 1995 Dayton Peace Agreement on the territory of the RS, as well as a draft law aimed at creating a register of non-profit groups receiving foreign funding.
