RS Minister proposes border control law further undermining BiH institutions

The Minister of Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska (RS), Sinisa Karan, announced that amendments to the Law on Police and Internal Affairs, as well as a new Law on Border Control of Republika Srpska, have been submitted for legislative procedure.
