Safet Susic, one of the best football players in the history of Bosnia and Herzegovina and former head coach of the national team, has received an important recognition in France, where he played and worked as a football manager during his career. Susic's portrait was painted on a wall in Paris, in honour of this great striker.
Susic also known as ‘Pape’ played for Paris Saint-Germain for nine seasons and total of 345 games, scoring 85 goals. Owing to his success in this team, Susic enjoys the status of a legend in the French capital city.

In 2012, he was named the best player in the history of PSG by France Football.
In his honour, French artist RAST painted a mural in Paris, in which Susic is posing, wearing the Bosnian national team's jersey from the period when the Bosnian team was at the height of its success.
During his performance as the national team's head coach, the Bosnians qualified for the only world cup ever.
