“We packed clothes for one little girl, and we hope they will end up in the right hands, these are clothes that my daughter has outgrown, but they are very well preserved. We bought a toy that we hope will bring a smile to the face of some girl in Turkey,” Basic, said.

Earlier Saturday morning, the Mayor of Sarajevo spoke for N1, saying that all things will be sorted, packed in equal packages, and sent to Syria and Turkey.

“We just joined the various operations already collecting help in our city. We felt the need to make our contribution. Many of our fellow citizens came and bring things for Syria and Turkey,” Benjamina Karic, the Mayor of Sarajevo, said.

She added that they are taking into account everything that is needed right now and that these are warm blankets, clothes, things for children, tents, but also heaters.

“Many socially responsible companies have also come and brought help. There is a great need for heaters and power banks. I invite other companies to join in,” said Karic.
