Sarajevo Court sentences two men for sending bomb threats

They were sentenced to prison terms of six months each.

The defendants are accused of falsely reporting that a bomb had been planted in the Supreme Court of the Federation (FBiH) entity on July 5, 2022, at 10:50 am, while driving through the Sarajevo Cengic Vila neighbourhood.

After that, the defendants destroyed the mobile phone and the SIM card together.

In cooperation with the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sarajevo Canton police officers found and arrested Kuka and Osmanovic on July 7, under the supervision of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton.
