Preparations are in full swing for the opening of the 31st Sarajevo Film Festival, an event that traditionally attracts cinematography stars from the region and the world, as well as a large number of tourists, to the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The work is underway on the plateau in front of the Sarajevo National Theater (NPS), the central location for all Sarajevo Film Festival events and a meeting point for film professionals.
A large movie screen has been installed at the Coca-Cola summer cinema, locally known as Metalac. This cinema will host a series of screenings and meetings of film professionals. It is also a special festival experience to watch films under the open sky.
This year's edition of the Sarajevo Film Festival will be held from August 15 to 22.
Online pre-sale of tickets for films in the program of the 31st Sarajevo Film Festival begins on Monday, August 4, at 3 p.m. and is valid for Mastercard card users.
Regular online ticket sales begin on Tuesday, August 5, at 3 p.m.
