The Sarajevo National Theater is set to play in Belgrade 30 years after its last appearance in the Serbian capital.
The Belgrade National Theater said that its Bosnia-Herzegovina counterparts will perform in Serbia on February 20-21 with the dramas That Never Happened Anywhere based on Tvrtko Kulenovic’s novel A Medical History directed by Dino Mustafic and the ballet Harvest directed by Edina Papo.
An exhibition marking the Sarajevo National Theater’s 100th anniversary will be set up in the lobby of the Belgrade National Theater from February 20 to March 3.
Earlier this month, the Belgrade National Theater staged the play Grieving Family by Branislav Nusic and the ballet Seven Deadly Sins, marking the renewal of ties between the two theatres.
