Police officers from the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior, under the supervision of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, carried out an operation named "Koko II" to document unauthorized drug trafficking, continuing investigative activities from March this year.

Searches conducted in the areas of Centar, Ilidza, and Novi Grad municipalities uncovered two complete multi-story indoor laboratories for growing and producing marijuana, with approximately 1,000 plants.

Additionally, authorities seized over 30 kilograms of dried herbal material—marijuana, around six kilograms of MDMA, approximately 400 grams of speed, seven packets of cocaine, two packages of psilocybin mushrooms, and numerous other items of interest to the investigation.

The estimated value of the confiscated narcotics exceeds one million Bosnian marks (approximately €511,000), according to the Ministry of Interior.

Three men from Sarajevo—T.A. (1996), Dz.J. (1997), and F.R. (1992)—were arrested on suspicion of committing the criminal offence of unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotics.
