One of the top members of the Serb Democratic Party (SDS), Mladen Bosic, told N1 that he thinks the speech of the Croat member of Bosnia’s tripartite Presidency, Zeljko Komsic, at the UN General Assembly will show deep division within Bosnia and Herzegovina and that the country is “impossible.”

“Komsic should not be going there and presenting the internal problems of BiH. It is an international gathering and we should talk about general topics, and not complain about BiH, as a consequence of the fact that they (ruling parties) can not agree on anything,” Bosic said.

He argued that Komsic’s participation in the meeting without agreement from all three Presidency members is a problem “because the procedure has been violated.”

“Once you violate it, every other procedure can be violated and then we enter the sphere of unregulated relations and rules,” he said.

Komsic is set to speak at the UN General Assembly on Tuesday.

His Bosnian Serb colleague in the Presidency and leader of the strongest Serb ethnic party in the country, Milorad Dodik, argued that Komsic will not be representing Bosnia at the Assembly since the Presidency never agreed on it.
