The train will depart from Sarajevo at 07:15 and arrive in Ploce at 10:36. The return trip from Ploče is scheduled for 18:26, arriving back in Sarajevo at 21:54.

Due to the introduction of this international seasonal route, the departure time of the afternoon express train from Capljina to Sarajevo will be adjusted on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) during the same period. The revised schedule is as follows: departure from Capljina at 19:29, Zitomislići at 19:41, Mostar at 19:56, Dreznica Stara at 20:15, Jablanica Grad at 20:29, Konjic at 20:45, and Hadzici at 21:37. On other days (Monday to Thursday), train number 722 will depart from Capljina at its regular time of 16:42.

Tickets for Ploce can be purchased at railway stations in Sarajevo, Hadzici, Konjic, Mostar, and Capljina. Online purchases are not available. Tickets must be bought no later than noon on the day before travel, and passengers are required to provide the following personal information at the ticket counter: full name, year of birth, and passport number. This procedure is mandatory to ensure faster customs checks and minimise delays at the border crossing between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Republic of Croatia.

Passengers starting their journey in Ploce can purchase tickets directly from the conductor on the day of travel. Fares can be paid in either Bosnian Convertible Marks (BAM) or euros.

A one-way ticket costs 25 Bosnian marks (approximately €12.80), while a return ticket is priced at 41.40 marks (approximately €21.20) and is valid for one month. Discounted fares are available: students, journalists, pensioners, and groups of more than six adults are eligible for a 30% discount, paying 18.60 marks (one-way) or 37.20 marks (return). Children aged 4 to 12, blind passengers and their companions, and groups of over 30 adults receive a 50% discount, with one-way tickets costing 14.30 marks and return tickets priced at 28.60 marks (approximately €7.30 and €14.60, respectively).
