Serbia reports 51 COVID-19 deaths, 7,190 new cases

The Serbian Health Ministry said in its daily 3:00 pm bulletin on Tuesday that 51 people died of coronavirus-related ailments over the previous 24 hours, bringing the total number of deaths to 8,481.

It said that 23,903 people had been tested over the previous 24 hours, including 7,190 who tested positive for the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.

The total number of people tested to date stands at 5,751,180 with 974,179 confirmed cases.

The bulletin said that there are 6,519 hospitalized cases, including 269 patients on ventilators.
