The State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) is conducting an operational action today (September 3, 2024) in the Mostar area under the code name "OSKAR."

Searches of residential and auxiliary buildings, as well as movable property, are taking place at several locations, based on suspicion of the criminal offense of “Unauthorized Production and Trafficking of Narcotic Drugs” under the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

So far, during the searches, the authorities have discovered and temporarily seized four kilograms of the drug speed, over 10,000 KM (€5,000), emergency flashers, mobile phones, and other items that may serve as evidence in the criminal proceedings.

These activities were carried out under the order of the Municipal Court in Mostar and supervised by the Prosecutor's Office of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, in cooperation with the Border Police of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Ministry of the Interior of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.

Given that the operation is ongoing, the public will be informed of the final outcome later, SIPA stated.
