Slovenia took Bosnia off its red list of epidemiologically hazardous areas which will facilitate conditions for Slovenian tourists to return home after vacationing in Bosnia.
Slovenia has also removed Germany and the Czech Republic from its red list and that decision enters into force on Saturday, Slovenia's government has reported.
Earlier Slovenia had removed Switzerland, The Vatican, Austria, Tyrol, Croatia, Cyprus, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia, Serbia and Montenegro off its red list while it added the Azores in Portugal.
Areas that are not on the red list mean they are not high-risk COVID areas.
That means people returning to Slovenia will not have to go into quarantine.
