Stier warns BiH leaders: Time running out, opportunities and funds slipping away

Croatian MEP Davor Ivo Stier (EPP/HDZ) urged authorities in Bosnia and Herzegovina on Thursday to finally implement key reforms needed for the country to continue its EU accession process, warning that time is running out and ongoing political blockades are costing BiH both opportunities and money.
