Savo Marinkovic, Aleksandar Macan and Marko Trifkovic, who are accused of the 2018 murder of two police officers in Sarajevo, entered a not-guilty plea on Tuesday.
The indictment charges the three of killing officers Adis Sehovic and Davor Vujinovic in Alipasino polje in Sarajevo on October 26, 2018. Prosecutors say the police officers caught the group stealing a vehicle, which prompted the defendants to fire at least 20 shots at the officers who were in a police car.

Sehovic passed away immediately, while Vujinovic succumbed to injuries several hours later.
The Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton filed the indictment end of last year, after a four-year investigation.
