Official records from the Tax Administration of the Federation of BiH entity have unveiled the highest individual monthly earnings for 2025, with the manufacturing sector leading the list. The top monthly net salary last year reached a staggering 615,062.04 Bosnian marks (approx. €314,475), paid to an individual within the manufacturing industry.
The industrial and manufacturing sectors continued to dominate the rankings. The second-highest monthly net salary recorded was 278,227 marks (approx. €142,255) in industry, followed closely by a third-place figure of 275,056.92 marks (approx. €140,634) in manufacturing.
Other significant monthly net salaries reported by the Tax Administration included:
- Industry: 226,800.97 marks (approx, €115,961);
- Manufacturing: 224,888.86 marks (approx. €114,984);
- Trade: 199,145.14 marks (approx. €101,821)-
Rounding out the top ten highest monthly payments for 2025 were earnings in banking, which reached 172,397.88 marks (approx. €88,145), and industry at 164,922.20 marks (approx €84,324). Two additional entries from the manufacturing sector completed the list with amounts of 157,611.94 marks (approx €80,586) and 157,100.86 marks (approx €80,325).
