Bosnia’s Troika coalition, comprising Social Democratic Party (SDP), People and Justice (NiP), and Our Party (NS), issued a statement reaffirming their refusal to engage in talks with individuals or groups they accuse of "conducting a coup, obstructing institutions, misusing public funds, and threatening a return to the 1990s."

The statement emphasized that issues such as respecting the Constitution, laws, courts, prosecutors, and other institutions are non-negotiable. "We will not engage in discussions with those who conduct coups, block institutional work, misuse public resources, and threaten a return to the 1990s," the coalition declared.

The Troika parties stated that they are open to dialogue only with those who respect the rule of law. They praised the international community, including the United States, the European Union and its member states, the United Kingdom, Turkey, and NATO, for their clear stance on the need to uphold Bosnia and Herzegovina's territorial integrity, sovereignty, Constitution, and rule of law.

"We highly value the decision of certain actors to impose sanctions on Milorad Dodik and other fugitives from Bosnia's judiciary. We also appreciate their willingness to expand the list of sanctioned individuals and consider additional measures, such as freezing assets, which we find particularly effective," the statement read.

The coalition urged other international actors to follow this example without delay.

They also addressed individuals within EU institutions who proposed a "de-escalation plan" that would absolve Dodik of criminal prosecution in exchange for his repentance and withdrawal of unconstitutional laws. "You will not find partners in us for such proposals. These ideas conflict with European values, the rule of law, and Bosnia's laws. They are absolutely unacceptable and dangerously encourage future separatist activities," the statement asserted.

The Trojka parties reiterated their commitment to fulfilling EU priorities and expressed readiness to act swiftly once the Council of Ministers resumes its work and the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD) ministers' blockades end. They called on the Chair of the Council of Ministers, Borjana Kristo, to appoint the missing Minister of Security in accordance with the law.

Finally, the coalition reaffirmed its support for Bosnia's judicial and security agencies in resolving the current crisis, strictly adhering to the decisions of the judiciary and legal obligations.

"We will direct all our resources toward gathering support so that all international actors and their institutions present in Bosnia provide full backing to domestic judicial and security institutions in the interest of the country's safety and stability," the statement concluded.
