UKC RS director Vlado Djajic removed from post amidst scandal

Sources indicate that Nikola Sobot, Head of the Clinic for Cardiosurgery, has been appointed to replace Djajic.

This development follows earlier statements by Milorad Dodik, leader of the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), who had stated that Vlado Djajic, the general director of UKC RS and SNSD representative in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, had "relieved himself of all functions" after a video was published in which Djajic is seen discussing narcotics with another man.

Djajic, now the former head of the SNSD City Board in Banja Luka, maintains that the entire matter is a "classic setup."
