“The United States strongly condemns the reprehensible act of violence and intimidation last night against four young Bosniak men near Stolac. The United States condemns all acts of violence and intolerance as they erode BiH’s social cohesion and undermine its security and stability. Last night’s attack was particularly appalling. We call on relevant BiH authorities to promptly and thoroughly investigate this brutal act and ensure it does not become yet another unsolved violent incident for which no one is punished. We also call on the country’s political leaders to promote and create an environment conducive to peace and reconciliation,” the US Embassy wrote on X.

EU Delegation also condemned the attack requesting that perpetrators be brought to justice.

“We strongly condemn the brutal attack on four young Bosniak men, including a minor, near Stolac. We call on the relevant authorities to fully investigate, prosecute and secure convictions for the perpetrators as well as do more to prevent similar attacks,” EUD wrote.

Four returnee children were beaten up in Stolac, on Sunday evening. They were ambushed on their way back from the game by unknown perpetrators with several cars, at the entrance to Stolac, Federation (FBiH) entity Minister of Displaced Persons and Refugees Nerin Dizdar announced on his Facebook profile.
