US Embassy to Bosnia and Herzegovina made an announcement regarding the financial situation of the Republika Srpska entity, stating that this entity has borrowed over 1.1 billion Bosnian marks on the Banja Luka Stock Exchange (some € 600.000) in the last year and a half.
