The Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina overturned the acquittal of Zijad Mutap and others in the Dzenan Memic case.
The reason for the cancellation of the verdict is the wrongly established factual situation and significant violations of the provisions of the Criminal Code, the Memic family lawyer, Ifet Feraget, told N1.
Feraget announced this decision even after the acquittal verdict passed by the panel presided over by judge Branko Peric.
According to him, a retrial will follow before the Appellate Panel of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Zijad Mutap and others are accused of concealing evidence of the death of Dzenan Memic in Ilidza in 2016.
