Zakharova told a news briefing that the sale of the missiles undermines the Belgrade-Pristina negotiation process. She said that Moscow condemns all attempts to arm what she said are Pristina’s illegitimate para-military structures.

According to her, the irresponsibility demonstrated by Washington and its allies, failure to respect the norms of international law and UN Security Council Resolution 1244 undermines the negotiation process for Kosovo and increases the risk of destabilization in the province and the Balkan region,” she said.
