HDZ BiH leader: No one appointed Schmidt, he should not intervene

The leader of the Croat Democratic Union in Bosnia and Herzegovina (HDZ BiH) Dragan Covic told N1 that there is no possibility for the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt, to impose a decision that would resolve the political crisis in the country.
