Day of mourning in Bosnia on Monday

Anadolija

The Council of Ministers (CoM) of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided to declare October 29 the mourning day on the whole territory of the country, following the death of two police officers who died in the shooting in Sarajevo Friday early morning.

The CoM’s decision came after the governments of Bosnia’s Federation (FBiH) entity and the Sarajevo Canton declared the day of mourning.

Two police officers of the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Interior died in the shooting before they even intervened in a car theft case, which occurred in Sarajevo’s Alipasino neighbourhood early Friday morning.
