State police have detained a Belgian-Croatian citizen on an arrest warrant Belgium submitted to the international joint police force (Interpol), who stands accused of shooting and gravely injuring two police officers that country earlier this month.
Suspects Grbes Nikolas allegedly shot at the police officers as they pursued him on unspecified charges. He was placed in detention in Sarajevo pending his extradition to Belgium.
