Sarajevo: One person dies in shooting

Citizens reported the shooting in the densely populated Hrasno neighbourhood at about 5 p.m., which involved at least two persons.

“One person was killed, another was injured and transported by ambulance car to the Sarajevo University Clinical Centre. An investigation is ongoing and additional details will be known afterwards,” the police briefly said.

The shooting occurred almost two months after the murder of two Sarajevo policemen, which remains unsolved to date.
