All European Youth Winter Festival events that were supposed to take place on Bjelasnica mountain on Monday were rescheduled for Tuesday due to heavy snowfall.

Traffic has come to a standstill on numerous Bosnian roads, such as the M-18 near the central town of Olovo and on the Komar mountain pass near the central town of Donji Vaukuf.

The European Youth Winter Olympics Festival is the biggest sports event in Bosnia since the 1984 Winter Olympics in Sarajevo.
