Authorities in Cologne, Germany, detained former boxing world champion of Bosnian heritage Adnan Catic, otherwise known as ‘Felix Sturm’, on Saturday, for suspected tax evasion.

The 40-year-old renown boxer was detained at a fitness fair.

This is not his first clash with the law. Catic was in 2018 indicted with inflicting severe injuries.

Sport Bild, which was broke the news then, wrote that the charges included “doping, participation in a competition while doped and infliction of severe injuries.”
