John Simpson, a journalist who spent half a century reporting for BBC from more than 120 countries and 30 war zones around the world, interviewing many world leaders during his career, spoke to N1's Igor Spaic, about his experiences from the war-torn Bosnia, after coming to Sarajevo in the winter of 1992.

Simpson recalled his meetings with the Bosnian Serb commander Ratko Mladic and the then Serb leader Radovan Karadzic, who held Bosnia's capital Sarajevo besieged for 1,425 days.
