No army can separate Serbia and Bosnia's Serb-dominated Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Serbia's Defence Minister Aleksandar Vulin said, Wednesday, in the RS administrative centre of Banja Luka, after meeting with Bosnia's Serb Presidency member, Milorad Dodik.
After the meeting, Vulin told the RS Radio and Television (RTRS) the two discussed the security situation in the country and the migrant crisis. He added that he welcomes Dodik's decision to reject the demand to deploy Bosnia's Armed Forces to Bosnia's eastern border in an attempt to further control the influx of migrants.
The Republika Srpska entity and Serbia can never be divided by any army, Vulin noted.
Bosnia's tripartite Presidency held an urgent session with only one agenda item – the migrant crisis in Bosnia and its north-western region where migrants are flocking in an attempt to cross into Croatia and get hold of the EU.
The session was scheduled at the request of Bosnia's Croat Presidency member, Zeljko Komsic, who proposed the deployment of Bosnia's Armed Forces to the eastern borders to prevent further influx of illegal migrants.

Dodik rejected this proposal saying “that’s not an army’s competency.”
He also rejected a proposal to deploy the European border and coast guard agency, Frontex, arguing it would only make the border with Croatia even harder.
The Serbian Minister and representatives of the Serbian unit which took part in the fights in Kosare, Kosovo, attended Tuesday night's documentary film screening titled “War Stories from Kosara,” describing the battle at the Yugoslav-Albanian border in 1999.
