Bosnia's August industrial production drops 3.9 percent

Compared to last year's August, the drop amounts to 5.9 percent, Bosnia's Statistics agency said.

They noted that energy production was 0.2 percent higher this August, while the production of non-durable consumer goods recorded a 5.3 percent drop. Intermediate goods fell by 5.6 percent, durable consumer goods by 6.3 percent and the production of capital goods fell by 8.4 percent.

Compared to last year's August, the production of durable consumer goods rose by 2.9 percent, while the production of non-durable consumer goods dropped by 4.1 percent, energy by 4.7 percent, intermediate goods by 6.3 percent and capital goods dropped by 9.6 percent, the Statistics Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina said in their report.
