France is currently blocking the entire European enlargement process to the Western Balkans and this is not just a problem with French President Emmanuel Macron, but the entire EU which has placed the Balkans outside Europe due to regional and the Union's internal problems, John o'Brennan, a professor at Maynooth University in Ireland, told N1 on Tuesday.
The Professor offered a detailed perspective to the recently published interview of the French President regarding Bosnia and foreign fighters – members of the so called Islamic State (ISIS).
