Bosnia's Federation (FBiH) entity government decided in late January to form an interministerial working group to analyse regulations under which same-sex couples living together could exercise their rights deriving from the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.

The group is said to propose the necessary regulation for this entity.

Its members are Sead Lisak (Head of the group), Miljana Tusevljak, Anja Andric-Alibegovic, Sadmira Kotovic, Muhamed Fetic, Marina Bera and Adisa Mehic.

Professional and administrative tasks for the working group will be performed by Edin Levent, the General Secretariat of the FBiH Government.
