Op-Ed by Head of OSCE Mission: Making the Best of a Challenging New School Year

In her Op-Ed, titled ‘the Best of a Challenging New School Year’, the Head of the OSCE Mission in Bosnia, Kathleen Kavalec, said she is pleased to see authorities doing their best to begin the school year safely, arguing that the need to respond to the pandemic “brings with it a once-in-a-generation opportunity to push forward desperately needed educational reforms to raise the quality and inclusivity of education” in the country.
