Another flood victim found in Donja Jablanica, total death toll reaches 25

This information was confirmed to N1 by the Civil Protection of Jablanica Municipality, citing police sources.

Meanwhile, the Government of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton also confirmed the information in its daily bulletin, stating that one person was found in Konjic (Buturovic Polje) yesterday morning, and later another body was found in Jablanica (Donja Jablanica).

"The relevant services, with confirmation from family members, managed to identify the body that had previously been listed as unidentified; it is one of the missing persons from the Jablanica area," the HNK Government stated.

According to official data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, the number of confirmed fatalities in flood-affected areas of HNK is now 22. Of these, eighteen are from Jablanica, and four are from Konjic. The search is ongoing for two more missing persons, one from Konjic and one from Jablanica.

Thus, the total number of flood victims now stands at 25, including 22 from HNK (Jablanica and Konjic) and three from the Central Bosnia Canton (Fojnica).
