During a press conference held in Sarajevo, it was revealed that total revenues reached 146.6 million Bosnian marks (approx. €74.96 million), while expenditures amounted to 137.9 million marks (approx. €70.51 million). This resulted in a net profit of 8,645,550 marks (approx. €4.42 million), marking the most successful financial performance since the company's founding.

The scale of this improvement is highlighted by a comparison to 2024, when the profit stood at 642,091 marks (approx. €328,295). General Director Adis Sehic stated that these figures validate strategic measures focused on operational stabilization, cost control, and the development of new services. He noted that the profit of more than 8.6 million marks (approx. €4.40 million) is the best result in the last decade and the best since the establishment of BH Posta. Sehic emphasized that this success was achieved alongside continuous investments in modernization and the improvement of the employees' positions.

Several factors contributed to this financial milestone, including a decision by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina to reduce tax and contribution rates. This policy resulted in savings of approximately 1.6 million marks (approx. €818,100) in 2025, with projected savings for 2026 expected to reach 4 million marks (approx. €2.05 million). Financial indicators show a steady upward trajectory in revenues, which have grown from 88.5 million marks (approx. €45.25 million) in 2016 to the current peak of over 146 million marks (approx. €74.65 million).

The revenue growth is closely tied to the expansion of logistics, financial services, and digital solutions. Significant progress was recorded in the BH PostExpress segment, where revenues multiplied due to the booming e-commerce market and partnerships with large business systems. Furthermore, the company has advanced its digital operations by implementing PKI solutions and qualified electronic signatures, contributing to secure electronic business in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Looking forward, BH Posta plans further investments in logistics infrastructure. These initiatives include the nationwide introduction of parcel lockers and the realization of the Main Postal-Logistics Center (GPLC) project. This new facility will feature automated parcel sorting to significantly enhance distribution efficiency across the country.
