BH Telecom to pay 50 Million Bosnian marks dividend following record financial year

The dividend distribution follows a standout financial performance in 2025, during which the enterprise recorded its highest revenue in 11 years and its highest pre-tax profit in a decade. Total annual revenue reached 566.1 million marks (approx. €289.44 million), representing a 10.4 million marks (approx. €5.32 million) increase year-on-year. Net profit approached 70 million marks (approx €35.79 million), while EBITDA stood at 169 million marks (approx. €86.41 million).

"BH Telecom is now generating record revenue and profit and providing shareholders with the largest regular annual dividend in the past eight years," said CEO Amel Kovacevic, attributing the performance to strategic management, increased operational efficiency, and staff dedication. The company’s achievements were recently recognized with the “Vision 100 - Record of Business Success” award under the regional “100 Largest Companies in BiH” project.

Management emphasized that the heightened dividend payout will not compromise long-term capital expenditure. BH Telecom is executing a 410 million marks (approx. €209.63 million) three-year investment plan aimed at expanding fiber-optic infrastructure, modernizing mobile and fixed network performance, and developing digital services.

"We are not choosing between the company's development and creating value for our shareholders; we are achieving both," Kovačević added, highlighting that the 45 million marks contribution to the FBiH budget will directly support public finances and state expenditure.
