The newly appointed ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serbia Aleksandar Vranjes met in Belgrade with the director of the Security and Information Agency (BIA) Aleksandar Vulin and expressed his gratitude for the support to Valentina Vujicic and Sladjana Todic, two former students of Sarajevo University who glorified war criminal Ratko Mladic.

“I also expressed support to BIA Director Vulin on my behalf, as the ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to Serbia. The Republika Srpska (RS) [entity] and the Serb people know very well how unjustified and unjust these sanctions are because we have been suffering various forms of pressure, sanctions, taking over of jurisdiction, human rights violations from the USA, OHR and other Western countries, for decades,” Vranjes said in a statement.

After the female students of the Faculty of Criminology of the University of Sarajevo glorified the war crimes and Ratko Mladic on July 11, when the commemoration and burial of the victims of the genocide in Srebrenica was held, it provoked public condemnation. Then, Vulin decided to educate them at the BIA Academy in Belgrade.

Female students are also under the scrutiny of the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
