The Chairwoman of Bosnia’s Council of Ministers, Borjana Kristo, sent a telegram of condolence to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu after the attack on the synagogue in Jerusalem, stressing that it represented an attack on the values of the free world and all of humanity.
“I strongly condemn this horrible act of killing innocent people. The terrorist attack on the synagogue in Jerusalem is an attack on the enduring values of the free world and all of humanity. I am convinced that now, more than ever before, we must all be united against all forms of terrorism and continue the fight to preserve peace and security in the world”, stated Kristo in the telegram.
Seven people were killed and ten wounded in an armed attack on a synagogue in Jerusalem. Hamas claimed responsibility for the attack.
Alkam Kairi (21), who was killed in a clash with the policemen while trying to escape, shot at the worshipers who were leaving the synagogue.
