The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina ordered a 30 day custody for the President of the Court of BiH, Ranko Debevec and former director of the country's Intelligence and Security Agency (OSA) Osman Mehmedagic, i.e. until January 18, 2024, or until the new decision of the Court.
Detention in the case was determined due to the existence of special reasons for detention prescribed by Article 132, paragraph 1, point b) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.
The suspects are charged with committing crimes of abuse of office and falsification of an official document.
Debevec and Mehmedagic were arrested on Monday in Sarajevo.
