BiH Justice Minister: Arresting Dodik would be a high-risk operation

BiH Justice Minister Davor Bunoza stated that the state Prosecutor's Office ordered a "risk assessment" in its warrant to arrest the president of BiH's Republika Srpska (RS) entity Milorad Dodik, explaining that state police (SIPA) determined that there is a "high risk of an incident."
