BiH Presidency had adopted the Draft Decision Monday on accepting the International Agreement between the EU and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the country's participation in the EU programme Horizon Europe, with two out of three votes, since the Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik did not attend the regular session.
The session was attended by the Croat Presidency member and Chairman Zeljko Komsic and the Bosniak member Sefik Dzaferovic who confirmed Bosnia’s participation in the Exploration and Innovation Framework Agreement.
After voting with two votes in favour (Zeljko Komsic and Sefik Dzaferovic), and without the vote of Serb Presidency member Milorad Dodik, the Presidency adopted the said decision.
