BiH Presidency members meet with Erdogan in Turkey

At the working breakfast with Erdogan, BiH Presidency member Denic Becirovic emphasized that the president of BiH's Republika Srpska (RS) entity, Milorad Dodik, has gravely attacked the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that the judiciary has reacted because of it. The decisions of independent judicial institutions must be enforced, and the era of tolerating Dodik’s anti-constitutional policies must become a thing of the past.

Becirovic stressed that it is important that no one in Bosnia and Herzegovina, nor in the international community, underestimates the danger that the state of BiH is facing.

"The judicial rulings of independent judicial institutions are not to be commented on; they must be enforced. This must be understood by Dodik and his closest associates, who are still participating in the attack on the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dodik’s offers to resolve the assault on the constitutional order through political negotiations are unacceptable, as there can be no negotiations on the respect of the Constitution and laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina", Becirovic said, according to a statement from his office.
