BiH's Central Election Commission: Repeat early elections for RS president in 17 municipalities at 136 polling stations

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) decided at its emergency 81st session today to annul the early elections for the president of BiH's Republika Srpska (RS) entity in 17 electoral units (municipalities) at 136 polling stations.
