BiH's RS entity Assembly adopts conclusions, accuses state court of "coup"

The National Assembly of BiH's Republika Srpska (RS) entity adopted the "Information on the Destruction of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina – Measures and Tasks for the Preservation of the BiH Constitution". It concluded that the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina "has carried out an act of coup and a complete dismantling of BiH’s constitutional order by issuing a verdict based on the decision of High Representative Christian Schmidt, rather than on a law passed by the BiH Parliamentary Assembly."
