BiH's RS entity faces over 4 billion BAM in debt payments

The BiH entity Republika Srpska will have to pay off 4 billion and 23 million marks in foreign debt over this year and the next two years. The RS government is also planning new borrowing of half a billion BAM from an unknown source. Another bond issuance has also been announced.
