Billboards appeared in Srebrenica with the image of Aleksandar Vulin, the Head of Serbia’s Intelligence Agency, and a message saying: "Support for our brother, your Srebrenica."

the same billboard appeared in Pale, Romanija, Visegrad and Rogatica, before this one in Srebrenica.

Billboards caused fierce reactions in the public, especially knowing that it is the Head of Serbia’s intelligence agency and that he was placed on the American “black list”.

In the State Department report, Vulin was marked as a “destabilizing factor of effective and democratic authorities of the Western Balkans.”

He got on that list because he was accused of being involved in transnational organized crime, illegal drug operations and abuse of public office.
