The Grand Mufti of the Islamic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina Husein Kavazovic sent a letter to the ambassador of the Russian Federation in BiH, Igor Kalabukhov, in which he expressed his condolences and condemned Friday night's terrorist attack in a Moscow concert hall.

“It is with great concern and sadness that we received the news of the horrific terrorist attack inside a shopping centre and concert hall in Moscow. The suffering of innocent people and the terrorizing of citizens are an evil that no one should reach for and that should be fought against with joint efforts.

Your Excellency, on behalf of myself and the Islamic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina, I express my sincere condolences and condemnation of that crime. Our thoughts are with the families of the victims and the Russian people, with prayers to the Almighty God for the peace and safety of all the sons and daughters of Adam,” Kavazovic stated in his letter, MINA news agency announced.

As of now, at least 115 people have been confirmed dead in the terrorist attack in Moscow. The Islamic State branch ISIS-K claimed responsibility for the attack.
