Bosnia and Herzegovina has recorded another 140 coronavirus cases and 23 COVID-19 fatalities, the healthcare authorities confirmed on Sunday.

The new results come from 1,089 lab tests performed on those who reported infection symptoms.

The Federation entity logged 56 new cases out of 706 tests, bringing the coronavirus total to 155,073. With four new fatalities confirmed, the death toll in this part of the country stands at 6,117.

As for Republika Srpska entity, its healthcare authorities confirmed 79 new cases out of 256 tests performed over the past 24 hours. The coronavirus total in this part of the country is now 77,982 and with 18 new deaths the death toll has reached 4,421.

Brcko District reported five new cases and one fatality.
