Bosnia records monthly and annual rise in consumer prices

Consumer prices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as measured by the Consumer Price Index, rose by an average of 0.5 percent in February 2026 compared to the previous month. According to the BiH Agency for Statistics, the monthly increase was driven primarily by a 1.6 percent rise in alcoholic beverages and tobacco, followed by a 1.1 percent increase in housing and utility costs.
